If I’m not taking hormone-based meds and I don’t menstruate, can I take the Ovulation Test?

If you aren’t taking hormone-based medications and you aren’t menstruating, this may indicate that you aren’t ovulating regularly, and you should talk to your doctor. Since it is unlikely that you are ovulating, using ovulation strips is not recommended.
